(57)【要約】 【課題】 検出対象となる1軸以外の軸線の加速度も再 現性をもって検出できる安価な加速度センサを得る。 【解決手段】 検出対象となるZ軸の加速度が発生する 方向と平行に延びる仮想加速度平面と直交する取付面2 fを備えた支持手段2を用いる。圧電セラミックス素子 1の支点3cとなる部分が取付面2fと平行にならない ように圧電セラミックス素子1の固定端部3aを支持手 段2に固定する。また、圧電セラミックス素子1の支点 3cとなる部分と自由端部3dとの間を延びる表面部分 (変動部分3bの表面部分)が支点3cとなる部分を通 り取付面2fと平行に延びる仮想平面F1と交差するよ うに圧電セラミックス素子1の固定端部3aを支持手段 2に固定する。交差角度θ1及びθ2を0〜45度の範 囲に設定する。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced acceleration sensor that enables to detect acceleration of an axis line, which is a measuring object, and the acceleration of other line with reproducibility. SOLUTION: A supporting means 2 with an installation face 2f that is orthogonalized to a virtual acceleration plane extending in parallel with a direction where acceleration of a z-axis becoming a measurement object occurs is used. A fixed end part 3a of a piezoelectric ceramic element 1 is fixed to the supporting means 2 so that a part becoming a fulcrum 3c of the piezoelectric ceramic element 1, is set in non-parallel with the installation face 2f. Also, the fixed end part 3a of a piezoelectric ceramic element 1 is fixed to the supporting means 2 so that a surface part (a surface part of a variation part 3b), which extends between the part becoming the fulcrum 3c of the piezoelectric ceramic element 1 and a free end part 3d, passes the part becoming the fulcrum 3C to intersect a virtual plane 1 extending in parallel with the installation face 2f. Therein, an intersection angle θ1 and θ2 are set in a range of 0-45 degree.
