Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable zero-cross of a current by increasing AC component of a system current, by connecting primary side of a generator motor with an AC system, connecting the secondary side with a converter adjusting power, controlling a secondary current in accordance with a primary voltage detected signal, and adding the output value to a power control output value. SOLUTION: Effective power and reactive power of an AC system 2 are power-operated 9 from current voltage of the AC system, with a current sensor 7 and a voltage sensor 8. When a power control means adjusts a secondary current, a reactive current of the primary side is changed, and a reactive current can be adjusted. A power converter 4 adjusts a voltage to be applied to a motor 1, in such a manner that the secondary current of the generator motor 1 coincides with a command value. A signal of the voltage sensor 8 outputs a secondary current command value with an AC voltage detecting means 14a and an AC voltage control means 14b. This output is added to the output of a reactive power control means 10b by an adder 15, inputted in a converter 4 as a command value, adjusts the secondary current of the motor 1, and increases the reactive current component of a system current.
